Street Outreach
Street Outreach is the first step in connecting with people who are unsheltered — meeting them with compassion, offering supplies, and helping them begin the path toward stability.
Street Outreach is the first step in connecting with people who are unsheltered — meeting them with compassion, offering supplies, and helping them begin the path toward stability.
Street Outreach is often the only connection for individuals who aren’t walking into a shelter or asking for help. It’s where trust begins — and where the first steps toward housing, health, and hope are made possible.
By supporting Street Outreach, you’re helping us meet people with dignity, provide lifesaving care, and guide them into the broader network of services that can change their future.
No progress happens without connection. And connection starts here.
If you’re a business owner, neighbor, or community member and you’re worried about someone sleeping outdoors, you can help.

Your donations help us provide food, water, hygiene kits, blankets, and hope to people living unsheltered. Whether you give funds or supplies, your support strengthens our ability to meet urgent needs and connect people to housing and care.
Street Outreach is a proactive approach to connecting with individuals who are living unsheltered — in encampments, vehicles, or on the streets. Outreach workers meet people where they are to offer supplies, build trust, and connect them to shelter, housing, and critical services.
If you’re concerned about someone living outdoors, you can submit a Street Outreach request using our online form. Our team — or one of our local partner agencies — will follow up to check in, offer support, and connect the person to services whenever possible.
Our Street Outreach teams don’t place people into housing directly, but they’re the vital first step in the process. Outreach workers help unsheltered individuals access shelter, get assessed for housing, and enter our coordinated system of care.
Outreach teams offer essential items like water, snacks, hygiene supplies, blankets, and weather gear. Just as important, they provide information, compassion, and help people begin the process of moving toward safe, stable housing.
You can support our efforts by donating supplies, contributing funds, or spreading the word. Every contribution helps our teams reach more people, respond faster, and build trust that leads to lasting change.
