Strategizing and empowering Florida’s Big Bend to end homelessness through collaboration, data, and community-driven solutions
A Message About Our Intake Process
Reaching out for help takes courage, and we don’t want anyone to feel turned away.
Right now, demand has grown beyond what our intake process can currently handle. We’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause new intake assessments while we work to expand capacity. We don’t have a reopening date yet, but this page will be updated when we do.
Need help now? Visit our help page for other agencies who can assist with shelter, food, and other services.
In crisis or emergency? Call 911, or call/text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Thank you for your patience and for trusting us enough to reach out.

We create lasting change by working with partner agencies to help individuals and families access safe, permanent housing while addressing immediate needs through the distribution of essential supplies like food, clothing, and hygiene products. Our coordinated efforts connect unsheltered individuals to vital services and housing opportunities, leveraging a data-driven approach to improve outcomes and drive impactful strategies. Through collaboration and innovation, we’re making homelessness in our community rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
