Acts on urgent matters between full board meetings to keep momentum moving.
The Executive Committee plays a vital leadership role within the Continuum of Care, ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and strategic direction of our work to end homelessness. Comprised of CoC board members and active partners, this committee makes timely decisions, steers high-level planning, and upholds strong governance practices. Its collaborative oversight ensures that our system remains focused, responsive, and accountable to the needs of the community.
