The Committees Powering Our Mission

Each committee brings a unique focus—whether it’s data, funding, equity, or planning—but they don’t operate in silos. These committees work both independently and collaboratively to ensure every decision reflects the diverse voices of our community: service providers, government partners, business leaders, and people with lived experience. Through this collective structure, we create a homelessness response system that’s informed, inclusive, and truly community-driven.
