This committee is where insight meets strategy. By combining on-the-ground perspectives with community-level data, the Needs Assessment & Planning Committee plays a critical role in shaping how our region responds to homelessness. They dig into the numbers, listen to local voices, and identify where gaps exist — not just in housing, but in services, accessibility, and equity. Their work ensures that our CoC’s planning efforts aren’t based on assumptions, but on real, evolving needs. From guiding resource allocation to setting long-term priorities, this committee helps keep our efforts focused, intentional, and impactful.
When our strategies are rooted in evidence and shaped by community input, we move closer to ending homelessness — for everyone.
