Coordinated Entry Coordinator
We’re looking for a systems-thinker to help manage and improve our Coordinated Entry System (CES)—the process that connects people experiencing homelessness with the housing and services they need. This role is all about connecting the dots: maintaining policies, leading CE case staffings, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring that data and referrals flow smoothly across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination of our CE Committee and case conferencing process
Maintain up-to-date policies aligned with federal guidelines
Support partnerships with housing authorities and service providers
Monitor and improve CES data and reporting in collaboration with our HMIS team
Serve as a liaison to national initiatives like Built for Zero
Salary Range: $46,000–$52,000, commensurate with experience
Reports To: Program Director

Community & Housing Relations Specialist
If you’re a relationship-builder with a knack for community engagement and housing solutions, this role might be your perfect fit. You’ll help us grow our network of landlords, plan public education events, assist in housing navigation, and promote BBCoC’s mission throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate landlord relationships to expand affordable housing options
Support client housing placements in collaboration with our CE team
Lead public events and volunteer outreach
Create digital content and success stories to elevate our work
Represent BBCoC at community functions
Salary Range: $46,000–$52,000, commensurate with experience
Reports To: Executive Director

Housing Navigator Case Manager
Guide households from crisis to keys in hand—providing wrap-around support throughout every step of their housing journey.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, craft individualized housing & service plans, and provide ongoing case management to foster long-term stability
Locate, secure, and help clients maintain safe, affordable housing while collaborating with landlords
Keep meticulous documentation in HMIS and ensure full compliance with funder requirements
Connect clients to community resources—employment, benefits, health care, behavioral-health services, and more
Participate in case conferencing, team trainings, and generate monthly outcome reports to monitor success
Salary Range: $46,000 – $52,000 (DOE) Reports To: Program & Contract Director
