Our HMIS Help Desk is open 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Tickets received outside of these hours will be addressed first thing upon the next business day.
NOTE: Be sure to check your junk email folder for helpdesk ticket replies. Some users have reported ticket responses going to junk instead of their inbox.
