The Big Bend Continuum of Care (BBCoC) is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for vendors! We are seeking proposals for a HUD-compliant web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) for our multi-CoC Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), known as PromisSE (Program Management Information System of the Southeast).
Objective: The PromisSE Steering Committee aims to procure a modern, user-friendly HMIS that meets the evolving needs of our community and adapts to future changes. This system will play a critical role in enhancing our collaborative efforts to combat homelessness across 13 Continuums of Care throughout Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
Submission Details: All proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to promisseimplementationleads@oneroofonline.org by the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Scope of Services: The selected vendor will be expected to deliver a comprehensive HMIS solution that includes features such as robust client record search functionality, data entry and management tools, case management capabilities, coordinated entry system support, fund management, and compliance with federal standards.
